Pro-tip don't you ever get the $25,$30 & $40 plan of you use data to watch movies and upload videos on TikTok and YouTube get instead the $50 plan unless you have Wi-Fi at home get those plans other than that the data speeds are low 64kbps at least 1mbps would be decent I had to get the $25 plan because I was short on money I always get the $50 plan because I upload videos on both YouTube & TikTok I must have unlimited data next month I'm getting the $50 plan the plan should be $40 if you ask me

Well I ordered phone with my rewards11200 rewards and haven't got it, yet I ordered it nothing got back on talked to customer service after a bit trying to prove I did order it the rep said 3 to 5 working days it's been well Mon was the fifth work day still nothing and what is it the 11 of Nov and I had to go to the store and buy me a cheap one to get buy if I get the Samsung galaxies I ordered from simple mobile thank you

Real unlimited include unlimited hotspot/Wi-Fi - speeds & usage. 5G is of 20+ Gigabits/sec, yet, noth more than 150 Megabits/sec aft the first day. Express noth throttling, yet Speediest (Okla) results expree otherwise. Website has issues loading on smart devices, app noth login either. Survey (at least whence purchased) noth to do with Simple Mobile & likely a disrespectful phishing attempt (setup/test/trick/etc....); their failure, noth of their intended. Cuts service early - illegal activities.

These people are completely unprofessional I've been lied to multiple times even stole data from me just refilled my account with the $40 card they stole 3 gigs right off the top out of the 15th that they allow me a month which is completely messed up they won't do anything to fix it they are Crooks, and they took $10 from me for another 5 gigs that I never even received charged me for something never gave it to me horrible people I'm absolutely tired of this I'm unfortunately stuck just don't
