★★★★★ Usually it goes smoothly. Occasionally the app loads slowly and doesn't let you return books. This limits amount of books you can read or put on hold. I send info to support but never hear back. Please let me know what is best to resolve this. Thank you.
★★★★★ I think this app would be even better with added libraries (Toronto) and night reading mode.
★★★★★ So pleasurable that I sent this experience to my loved ones as Christmas gifts. The soulfulness is such that it should become part of the process for citizenship.
★★☆☆☆ Terrible functionality - constantly crashes mid-chapter, loses its place in audiobooks, and you can't change playback speed or screen style without it crashing. No idea why NYPL doesn't just use Libby like the other borough libraries; it's a far better app.
★★☆☆☆ The app overlaps with the top bar, so you can't search anything. It also stopped working with audiobooks.
★★☆☆☆ This app barely works. Crashes constantly and none of the settings work. I only use it because the library has a great selection... if you don't mind having to restart your audiobook every 5 mins.
