The device is working in sms mode properly,but in app its showing offline. But the device is online and apn and every other setting is correct. I am not able to track the device in app or website. Pls help

This app needs massive improvement, it has vehicle tracking option where it
shows distance between us and the vehicle, what if I am only interested in
the current movement of the vehicle, it's annoying because it shows only
vehicle moving points but without vehicle symbol, also vehicle details
keeps popping up all the time, the details should have been displayed on
request , should contain an option to disable it,. Lots of improvement
needs to be done.
