This app has been easy to use to find occasional or one-time sitters who end up being available to babysit again! They all have been pleasant and trustworthy! This app has allowed my hubs and I to go on date nights. I got last minute (literally) sitters from this app. I've probably poste dat least 7 jobs and got different sitters for different occasions. Some I've remained in contact with. Now I have 4 different sitters I can contact when we need help.

The app is ridiculous, first you're charged fees to qork through the app. There is a background check, drivers history check, & the other 5 checks totaling to nearly $400 or more depending on the selected packages. Aside from that the platform suspended my account a day after it was created & have refused to supply a reason. After reaching out to the companies Facebook account I was given a quoted message sent from a screenshot forwarded to the account. As the restated explanation.

Cannot log onto my account via the app. It just keeps asking for me to sign up. Missing log on button at beginning. Sitters cannot see important details about meetings. Website works great but as a busy mom sometimes I don't have time to log onto my laptop.

I adore this app because of the family I found, however it's a very bad app. I'm a sitter and my profile is set as a parent (showing me sitters in my area) when I've double-checked my account. Plus I have to use the online version which is tedious on a phone. You are LIMITING people's job opportunities, plus families are finding it hard to post opportunities.
