Easy to use app. I wish all train operators would show a seating map as I usually travel with luggage and would be good to know in advance where to sit.

Over all a great app, easy to search and book your train. I really love the little summary at the bottom showing you the track your train will arrive at (brilliant when you are in a hurry!) and the quick button to show your QR code. The only annoying thing I've found is that I can't book a train that "has already departed" when it, in reality, is late, and I can see it rolling in...

App search bar is buggy. Too many stop suggestions which are not train stations. Price has been increased by a lot over the summer. Trains are almost always delayed. And the train line I 100% rely on has been scrapped due to draconic austerity measures. Thus, I can't use this app anymore and do not recommend. What other line is next to go? Not trustworthy for long-term planning.

Trains getting cancelled and so it puts you to a chatbot. No directions to refund or rebook journey

Even if all the trains on the line are 60 min late, you cannot buy the train that is not departed. You need to accept buying a 60-min late train and be 60 min late. Screenshot your tickets when you can. Indeed, when traveling between cities, and you do not have internet, you cannot show your ticket, especially combined res plus tickets. If this happens to you, the app will suggest contacting customer service, but customer service system denied my call several times.
