Problems with the app today. When searching for location of station or bus it says, I might have an unsecure internet connection or wrong clock timer or try and update app. After reinstalling app I can no longer log on. At log in it says that there is no communication to the app. Fix pls.

It's way too easy to accidentally activate a ticket right after purchased. I also wished I got a notification as a reminder when my flex 10/30 ticket is about to expire.

I have an Android 10. The qr code for tickets is too small and cannot be scanned on board. Every time I board the bus I have to explain that it is actually a valid ticket. Super annoying, every other app works on my phone except this.

Wish I could give this service a minus. I'm ashamed to be Swedish, that's how disappointing Skånetrafiken is EVERY GODDAMN DAY. If you love paying €25 to get disappointed and having to dish out another €100 for an uber just to get home any day of the week then Skånetrafiken is the service for you!

The app is good, but the traffic info is completely chaotic. Jul 7, 17:00-18:00 trains, app, traffic boards, and announcer say complete random unmatching times and train numbers
