I use Rail ANC buds. The app has no memory of my previous settings if I pair to some other device and come back all the settings are set to default. The personalization option is really good but what is the use of it, it doesn't even let you select the rich option. One of the frustrating options and menu. There is no way I can report these issues on the app. My honest opinion after using Rail ANC buds. Please don't buy Skull candy products there will be no software support no updates.

Pretty useless, I bought a pair of crusher anc 2 XL headphones and I have no issues with the headphones at all but the app is completely useless it really adds nothing to the experience you can't already do without it plus it wants to know your precise location something I don't get behind in any app allow approximate location nope not good enough won't let you use it. If you turn off location nope won't work. DO NOT USE!

Screw Skull candy. Been buying their earbuds for years of all kinds, and they all end up useless. I can't even connect my rail earbuds to the app because they WON'T EVEN TURN ON. I just bought them 1 MONTH AGO
