★★★★★ I've struggled with insomnia for years and have tried everything. This course has set me on a path that has already begun to improve both my quality of sleep and the amount of sleep I get.

★★★★★ A month ago I was off work after months of poor sleep. I couldn't fall asleep or stay asleep and was waking up at 2am or 4am; in some cases not sleeping all night. I found this app and within a week my sleep had started to improve, and I went down to just one or two poorer nights' sleep. Now it is one poor night every other week or so, and I am falling asleep and staying asleep. I highly recommend this course and use the book as well. You will have to put the effort in, but you will be rewarded.

★★★★★ Super helpful course. I did it over 3 months and the improvements really show. I feel far less anxiety when I am unable to sleep at night and as a result my insomnia has decreased. Thank you.

★★☆☆☆ This app is so contradictory. It tells you not to use deep breathing or muscle relaxation techniques yet 50% of the app is about mindfulness which is in the same category of meditation. It tells you to just rest in bed with mindfulness, yet you can also do the same with deep breathing and muscle relaxation. How are they different then? Their mindfulness teaching also says your breathing doesn't matter, so if I breathe 20 breaths a minute, that is still mindfulness? That would make me so stressed!

★★☆☆☆ Hi. it was not letting me sign up for the monthly subscription but when I clicked on the yearly subscription which said 69.99 that worked! And then came the real surprise, by checkout it said 99.99! What's with the money grab?!?!
