I can never get the bluetooth connected on the eye mask... It does not detect my snoring at all... Device is not user friendly as there is no proper manual and troubleshoot help at all

Doesn't work on my new phone. On my other phone, it syncs data but the device didn't stay stuck to the underside of my chin like it's supposed to. Both the device and app are flawed.

This Bluetooth will not stay connected. I could test the sensitivity of the pulse but as soon as I exit out of that portion of the app to turn on the sleep recorder, the Bluetooth disconnects. I'm losing just as much sleep trying to get the app to stay connected every night as if I was snoring

I ordered the snore circle ear set E4 and downloaded the sleeplus app. And this app will not work. I've tried everything to get this app to work. I paid 171.00 for the earpiece and now of course it's on the site for 99.00 Dollars. Manual says you can use the earpiece without the app, but without the app, the earpiece can't be set to desire vibration. So it makes the earpiece useless. I'm sending it back, cause its definitely not worth what I paid.
