Will be re-rating. Just received the hardware for #3, it has firmware 5.0.2. Will update in a week 9/2024. This, along with the NEW Go2Sleep 3 works extremely well, giving nice and complete graphics. HRV seems to be very low, alternative algorithm? OLD Update destroyed a great product (the original Go2Sleep with firmware 3) from 2/2022 until this update 4.1.6 it was great. Either the software or the flash update seemed to be the problem.

Great idea, not so good in application. When it works, it works well and gives lots of useful and informative data. However, the app seems to have stopped syncing the overnight information for the last two nights. The syncing process has never been that good, but now it appears nonexistent. It still works to give "real-time" information, so there is a connection. I'm not sure if this is a hardware or software issue, I hope it can be sorted out soon. Edited: issue sorted & good customer service

Just got a v3 ring ordered during Black Friday. This review is for initial setup only (will update). The packaging is great, and setup was easy: Pick one of 3 holder sizes, stick the guts in and put it face down in the charger. The app found the ring quickly and prompted to update firmware while it was still charging. No need to touch the ring. It asked for height, age and weight. An optional short quiz had well-thought-out sleep questions. Will wear tonight & report back...

I upgraded from the Sleep on original whick was very accurate, and I had no issues. This new Sleep on 3 is far from being accurate and just makes up the data. This new app lacks information that was available and is very basic. Sleep on 3 has been rushed and was not ready for release. Customer service are not interested once they have your money, fobbing you off with excuses.

My main frustration with the app is that it frequently tells me there's insufficient data collected (less than three hours), despite me falling asleep around 10pm. And syncing it at 7am. I tend to wake in the early hours and move around, causing the ring to think I'm awake. While it resumes tracking once I fall back asleep, that time still adds up to less than three hours of recorded data. I need to be able to set sleep time parameters & have it consolidate any data collected during that time.

Unable to Pair Ring 3.0. Reported to Customer Support few times without solution and very slow reply to Support request. Customer Support below what Users (Western) expect. Sleep On wants to sell product without service expected. Unable to Pair on 3 Android devices. Damned Ring useless as is.
