UPDATE:4/3/23 Game still locks up when you hit a big jackpot. Still not a peep from tech support in over a year. I have saved numerous screenshots of the failures, but there is no one to contact. GAME AND COMPANY ARE TRASH Tech support for this site is a joke! NEVER RESPOND

★★☆☆☆ Game itself is great. Nicely designed audio and graphics. Gets demoted to one star + poor review. I was at level 177 last night & this morning was requested to do a "synchronization." Argh! Damned if you do & damned if you don't. Not only did I lose several thousand billion coins but was demoted from level 177 to level 1. This has happened before - usually following a streak of luck. No response from "AI customer service." The latter is bad business practice; the former is UNETHICAL.
