Fantastic customer service! I used this app for a second number on my business phone, so I can have my personal number with me. It's so intuitive. The app works so well. I did not realize you had to pay the credits for outgoing calls and texts. However, overtime this me have me choose a different app or carrier but for now it's been great.

Very good generally. My one complaint is that quite often when I receive a text message, it will show up in the Android message notification, but it never shows up in the sly number app. Some do. But I'd say at least half do not. If this bug was fixed, this would certainly be a 5/5 as otherwise it is great and serves an important need (having a second number). Sly guys - can you fix the bug?

Installed to use it for Tinder. It doesn't work on Tinder. I asked for a refund, they said they can't do it when 24 hours have passed. Yet It still didn't. Purchase was made on July 23rd at 6:30pm now it's July 24th 11:00am. Total scam and fraud, don't trust them. Numbers not working.

Signed up for a trial subscription. Went to renew, but the number had already expired. Must have barely missed the cutoff time. I asked support if they could revive my number. Support never replied. 8 days later, sly number charged my credit card. I then asked support to either refund my money or revive my number. Never heard back. I asked a second time. Never heard back. Left a voice mail with mobile-sphere. Never heard back. Now, I have no choice but to dispute the credit card charge.

How much $$$/3 month, 6 month? I didn't understand the break-down. $0.99/month or $2.99/month? Once I buy the number, am I going to pay anything before sending sms or making calls? Am I going to buy credit or coins to make call and send messages? Please clarify this.
