★★★★★ Will keep updating (still need more usage for a more comprehensive review) but gave it 5 stars for a smooth onboarding process. I am also impressed that they validate both the phone number and email provided. Some Kenyan banks don't validate emails. Kudos for that extra effort on safeguarding customer data

★★★★★ My experience when using the app has been awesome. However, on the utilization tab, provide detailed printable invoice on how the money was utilized, for example, the exact service provided at which amount, the medicines provided to the patient, etc. Not just the overall amount.

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst application, just sign in is a problem can't send OTP. Then go to cover, and they keep asking obvious questions to add an account plus, why do I need to add my insurance twice likes its common sense. If I sign in by default my covers should populate automatically. My phone number and email username are unique. Then the load time, waaah. So I have sent several requests to signin then I'm getting an error code displayed in HTML tags

★★☆☆☆ Taking too long to add a participant to the insurance, its so heartbreaking, I have sent my sons name for 3 weeks now I cant get results, how long does it take for addition of a member??????
