Verizon Family Companion

★★★★★ I used adb to uninstall all companion verizon apps before my parents decided to install this one. I don't know if it was supposed to, but it doesn't prevent me from disabling its "deletion protection" in settings by removing its device admin permission. Maybe that's Verizon's way to make the app less intrusive, which is probably a good thing since other apps brick phones this way. I'm not sure why this is even a feature if parents still get notified if their child uninstalls or disables the app.

★★☆☆☆ Don't waste ur money. I got it to monitor kids phone traffic n to give phone curfew. All kids have to do is shut off location n permission and app stops working Uninstalling it stops the app too. Sad they don't make a way to lock kids out disabling the app, changing permission, or disabling features that require the app to do its job. So pretty much u pay 10 a month just to deal with the hassle of kids working around the app.

★★☆☆☆ The app itself is fine, but my mom is convinced she had time restrictions only from 10pm to 6am. Now I believe her when she says she set them to that, but the app doesn't. The app is always trying to restrict my phone at unessacery times. Like 9am on a weekend. Plus it glitches all the time which can land a kid in serious trouble if they have strict parents. Overall, please do us some good and get this app off the app store.

★★☆☆☆ This app sucks. You have to pay for an app that does the same stuff as Googles parent controls do. I don't recommend this app.
