It takes hell lot of time and efforts to connect, and for no reason automatically gets reset. Once disconnected, it always take consistent effort of many irritating hours to connect again(with both Wifi and Wifi Direct). I have around 30 lights from Smartmesh including Downlight, RGB Bulb and RGB Strips. Which I have been using as a normal light with no access to all the features, just because above mentioned problems.

The product keeps getting removed from the smartmesh app. And the worst thing is if power goes and comes back it starts the connected device. I had my geyser connected to it and at night power went and came back in 5 mins, the geyser was On for the whole night. Useless product

No support at all, and once disconnected it's very hard to reconnect back. Worst experience ever. Poor quality and over priced
