If you are having issues with the sound, try this! It worked for me. (I copied and pasted from a website) You have system sounds muted. Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds. If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery

Login for school is a barcode I am trying to get her login and scanning the barcode is not optional....how do I get her in an option to sign up is not even optional

This game is massive! Nearly 1G of data-comparable to a complete human anatomy atlas, and twice the size of a modern mobile RPG. Had to delete a bunch of other apps to make space for it on my kid's tablet. Has performance issues, including display problems that make the app unusable on certain devices. Children shouldn't have to have a high-end device just to play a simple learning game. Devs really need to optimize the assets and/or break up into smaller pieces or download modules separately
