Will NOT download onto Samsung devices like the Note10+. Why do software designers not design apps to work on all mobile devices? Just stupid if you ask me.

Absolutely horrible so far...app will not work with my Kyocera android phone or my Kindle Fire 10 tablet. Complete waste of time and money so far

Wi-Fi connects with phone from camera, but the app does not connect with camera. Keep getting error. Have tried calling and emailing customer support but no response.
