Does what it says Only 1 setting which is to set lit time small and works great

Doesn't work in silent mode I only need this app to light up my screen when my phone is in silent (for those of us using phones that don't have LED lights), but this doesn't work. The screen lights up when phone is set to ring, vibrate, and vibrate + ring so that's fine. Please find a way to fix this.
