For us the app is awesome for ordering takeout for our favorite Japanese restaurant Ramen Kumomoto. However, if you know the restaurant you want to see or go to sometimes it's hard to navigate and fond that restaurant. Other than that it's Awesome!!!

There is one issue. On others phones they can get a free drink but for me, it says I have to add a card and when I try to find where I can add a card it doesn't say anything, so I can't get a free drink. So I need help trying to find where I can add a card to get a free drink. I love your guys drink because of the mango ice slush I can get it on the app if I knew how to add a card to get the free drink/Mango ice slush

You can't update your location. Was trying to order some food for my partner in another city and wasn't able to via the app. Was told to do it on the website. Relatively basic function that should be on the app

I had high hopes, but the app is super buggy and does not have many restaurants or convince stores.

I updated on newest Android and it's COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. Explore tab doesn't work (just "location timed out") with location permission enabled always while using app, so I can't order anything! Searching for restaurant name doesn't work either. Plus now "my stuff" (points I've accumulated towards rewards) doesn't show up, it says I have no punch cards when that is not true when I look at an older version of the app!
