Play ford Council doesn't care, they just send a generic email sometimes to say there's nothing they can do with a picture.

Works as worse than expected, room for improvement. Location information is useless at often times. Missing: # search function for filed reports # sort & filter # comments/ notes after filling report Reports that have been nudged disappear for no reason after two weeks or so. # cannot comment or change location after submitting. # cannot add photos after submitting (only when report is closed). # photo location is absolutely garbage on Pixel 9.

You have to try and send reports multiple times before they actually send. It just says "something went wrong" and gives you the option to retry. 6 or 8 times later it sends. Please also stop pandering to councils and add new categories like lighting, water fountains, request for new infrastructure, path cleaning request etc. Councils should not be allowed to dictate what residents can and can't report via this app. It used to be better than councils started bossing SSS around.

Was told that they can't do anything about people parked in ACROD spots and to call the ranger. Apparently, any illegally parked car they can't do anything about.
