★★☆☆☆ I orderd a cargo but I want to replacement that.i choos the replacement at same day of delivery date.still It gets 10 days but no one pickup the replacement .even I call to snap deal agents 4 times .the call agent said we will pick up 2to3days .they show in app today you are ready to pick up the product .but no one is come to pick up that replacement .don't buy the products on SNAPHEAD this app was fraud. If you are using this app u time & money getting waste.the worst app worst experience the worst systematic

I had ordered the product and when the product was not delivered even after the estimated delivery date then I checked in the application, and it showed me unsuccessful delivery attempt so i complaint to the customer care, and they assured me I'll get it within 24 hrs but I did not get it then again i complaint and again I was told the same thing nd it's been a week nd i daily call them nd hear d same thing that they are sorry, and I'll get it within 24 hrs. Utterly unprofessional
