★★☆☆☆ Bitterly disappointed with this app. My first booking, the app made it wrong. The client actually booked someone else. The phone number was wrong too. And then the algorithm of the app kept sending me bookings for food photos, which I don't do at all. I have to cancel the booking and I got my points deducted. Basically I got punished for someone else's mistake. Can someone fix this please?

★★☆☆☆ The app keeps crashing every time I open it for the past week or so. I finally got a booking and I had so much trouble contacting the client. Now, with a point system for photographers for communication this will affect US. This is unacceptable, and we need a reliable app that won't crash that we can have all the info we need to contact the client and finish our shoot. Please fix these bugs!

★★☆☆☆ App continuously crashes which is completely unusable, and I have not received any bookings so Snappr has been pretty useless for me. Unfortunate to be honest. Uninstalled. 03/02/2023 tried reinstalling. Still crashing. Uninstalling again. 03/07/2023 APP STILL NOT FUNCTIONAL AND I CANNOT GET SNAPPR TO CALL ME!!!!!
