★★★★★ Just downloaded this and immediately was able to purchase the exact tickets I want for train travel within France and train travel onward to Germany at what appear to be the best rates (I checked on other platforms). Yay!

★★★★★ I can't fault the app nor SNCF. App easy to navigate and find information and straightforward to buy tickets. Had an issue with a train and the customer service from SNCF was exceptional. Probably the best I have experienced from any international train operator.

★★☆☆☆ Not so bad after all, it does the job but as ELVIS DE NICE said, there are too many identical steps/clicks before you finally have your ticket n that's a waste of time. What we'll like the most is to show the bicycle gates on the app when showing the type of train, that would help us a lot as we can be able to predict where the gate will open instead of running through the crowd (with your bike) to get to it and sometimes even missing the train. I hope you take this into consideration.

★★☆☆☆ During the login process, if you switch on another app (password manager or email app to check the verification code), the login process resets. So, it's impossible to log-in using 1 device. When you succeeded logging-in (which require time and energy), the app is OK (that's why I rated 2 stars, not 1).

★★☆☆☆ When I try to enter the verification code. I switch to the email app to check the code. But when I switch back to the app, the page is broken. I try 6 times
