★★★★★ I learned about this on Smarter Every Day. It helped me time my photography. My only notable complaints are the lack of a map to select a location and that every notification more than a few minutes from totality just says "Eclipse event. Open app." Of course, that meant I had to interrupt what I was doing to take my phone out of my pocket to find out what it was about. There aren't that many such events, so why not make a recording for all of them?

★★★★★ Worked amazingly well. Easily well worth the money. Thank you for making this app!

★★☆☆☆ Notifications just stopped 20 minutes to totality, then didn't give me anything until fourth contact. I did all the set-up and tests beforehand. I feel ripped off. Definitely not using this for another eclipse. Somehow it actually got *worse* since 2017.

★★☆☆☆ I ran all the tests, and watched the tutorials. During the once in a lifetime event, the app didn't make a single notification. Yes, it was a waste of money, but more importantly this app was a distraction from the eclipse experience. Before an eclipse, watch YouTube videos, research location and timing information, then just enjoy the experience. You don't need an app that might not work.
