I love this game! I play it on car rides, in between other games when I'm waiting for energy/moves to fill back up, and I play at night to relax before bed. The only negatives I have are that you can't see on the home screen how many gems you have and none of the ads to watch to get double the rewards or extra rewards never load. I also don't have "The Wonderland Trip" that I can play. I'm ONLY allowed to play solitaire. Nothing more nothing less. I don't have any of the side games. Please fix.

So, I am writing this again, I received another email and all I got was excuses. This was the second email and same excuses. When you need a hint the AD JUST SAYS IT'S LOADING. I have been playing this game a long time and I truly liked it. The animals are all so cute. As of lately, because the issue with the ads, I have been having to use my coins. And we all know we don't get enough coins as it is. This is very frustrating. I even sent screenshots of what it is doing. What a shame.

You should never ever run out of moves in a solitaire game without them giving you a way to stay in the game. You either have to watch an ad or replay the hand and no that's not going to happen. In my opinion this game is rigged, so you ultimately run out of the moves from the impossible to win layout of the cards that they purposely deal, so you will end up having to watch an ad.

I have played for over 2 years. My phone got dropped in water. When I got a new phone and put evening back on this phone, it was saying I have to start from the beginning. They tell me on their end they didn't have where they can help me get it back. That now is the reason for my rating.
