A very nice and straightforward app with entries on pretty much anything you could sous vide. Only problem is the times seem longer than necessary. If there was a minimum and maximum time, it would be perfect. I'll still give it 5 stars to help balance the negative reviews because "it doesn't have any recipes".

Great app, been using it a lot. Curious why chicken is assigned temps like rare, med rare, etc?

Not a very good app for cooking things like steaks and back ribs. The minimum thickness for back ribs is 3.1 inches. Who has back ribs that thick. The same is true for steak. Also, would be nice to have settings for med-well meat instead of having to calculate the median between medium and well done.

Disappointed - temps are OK, times are WAY off. I wish I could have done a test drive first to validate comments, because cooking time is a big part of usefulness. Even if it had min-max times, it would be more useful. 4.1 stars was a surprise. I'm an experienced chef & with sous vide, & was looking for a simple app to work with my non-wifi sous vide device. Once I "could" open the app, it was obvious that times are WAY too long. Please reach out, I would be happy to suggest 3 improvements!

Bought the app to verify my own experiences. I entered ribeye steak as the test. I have made what I consider perfect ribeyes cooking them at 131F for 2 hours. This apps timing appears far too long based on my experience. I plan on doing ribeyes tomorrow using my numbers.
