First time I tried to use this (Wilder Rd, Ilfracombe), the EV charging bays were closed, with cones, tape and threatening warning signs not to use them. The app was showing both connections as "available". This is an unacceptable standard of service. Other countries manage their charger networks effectively, so why can't we do so in the UK? Not a great introduction to SP.

Worse system I've tried to use. 'Tried' because we could get any of it to work. Nor could the other 2 folk beside us! This was at the Science Center in Glasgow. As an aside, most other places in Scotland have free charging. Strangely, at the very place in Scotland set up best to promote clean & green, you have to pay 28p per kw/h!
