★★☆☆☆ The mobile app no longer works for mobile deposits. My pictures are clear, signed and fit in the outline, but they still fail stating I need to endorse them. I've called about the issue and the only response is, you can come down to the branch and deposit.

★★☆☆☆ No option to make a payment to my loan through the app which is the only reason I wanted it. Plus there is no option on either the website or the app to make a payment to my loan straight from an external account, have to deposit into savings first then transfer over to loan from savings. A ridiculous and Un necessary step that most other banks don't make you go through. When you hit back button app closes and goes to phone home screen... Another minus for me. Once you click on your account it only shows transaction history, no details no payment options. Far too many menu items up top... The more simple the better. Not sure how this app got rated so high... Truly needs work.
