★★★★★ Very useful, easy to use, difficulty with the Planner. I'd like to be able to choose my own concurring costs and manage it. Overall, much better than going to the bank, good design, but can use a bit more work. What I really appreciate are the user-friendly tutorials online though.

★★☆☆☆ You _need_ 4 (FOUR) different apps to use the Sparkasse account and cards, and only TWO of these are available if your Google account is not EU. Oh yes, and you can't install it simultaneously on several devices! I can't describe the amount of frustration I get from being a client of this bank 🤡

★★☆☆☆ Typical German least user-friendly experience ever. Let's have 2 different passwords for whatever reason to log in if anyone wants to simply check the balance and 2 separate apps to jump back and forth between them just to transfer 10 eur. Moreover, it's for sure such a banger to charge for instant transfers when our card is already paid, so we could benefit even more unlike all other stupid banks that offer free cards for better service, cool features and those same fast transfers

★★☆☆☆ I'd give it 0 stars but I want to leave a review. The app never works the way it has to, at least once in month I'm getting blocked in the app and I have to go to the bank and reset my data. And all to that you have to pay €10 every month for the card. Never will recommend it even to my enemy
