Buggy app. Not reliable. Updated prescription is not available in the app. Also, never make any online payments using this app. My recent experience of payment debited, but appointment did not get booked. Not even trace of the transaction or appointment in the history. Call center simply redirects to the respective branch instead of resolving the issue. Hospital branch number shared do not work. Tried calling a couple of times but no use. There is no clear-cut customer issue resolution.

Many reports not updated from laboratory, warast app. MRD department in charge is warast taking, she is not helping to patients reports, she is speaking like govt officer. First terminate from hospital. Inpatient some Pharmacy bills, laboratory reports not given anybody responded.

I took 4 different blood tests. I can see names of each blood test on the reports section. When I click to download or share, the PDF is same for all 4 tests ! Need urgent fix for this defect. Can't see my reports 😕
