My work is using spectrum and is using this app for our service work orders. While it is a decent app that is well laid out and easy to understand and quick in the field. Unfortunately we had an issue come up about 2 weeks into using it, with the app not syncing properly to the back end tech support took at least a week to get back to us. When there are issues tech support needs to be much more contactable.

Website worked better. Constantly having to uninstall the app and reinstall it just to access notes or work orders

App was working good until my phone did an update (Samsung note 20 ultra) phone restarted came on app was gone. Try to reinstall it, and it will not reinstall into the phone.
