★★★★★ Speedometer GPS Pro has been disabled and called harmful and fake by Play Protect, although I have Play Protect scanning turned off. This is the third time that it has disabled Speedometer GPS Pro, an app that I have purchased and have used without any issues for years now. It doesn't try to take over my device, and it doesn't try to steal my data as Play Protect wrongly claims that the app does. With this invasion by Play Protect, arbitrarily deciding what apps that I have installed are harmful to me and disabling them without my consent or permission, it seems that Play Protect is behaving like malware. I intend to continue using Speedometer GPS Pro and I don't want it being disabled or otherwise interfered with by Play Protect nor any other Android function or service. The app has options that can be enabled or disabled by the user. Apparently, some users of the app hadn't availed themselves of that choice before they went on a tirade against the app and its developers. Google should not base its decisions about an app's viability on the rants of app reviewers. Speedometer GPS Pro should be made available in the Google Play Store immediately and some sort of compensation should be made to the app's developers for money lost and the defamation done to them by Google.

★★★★★ Help me alot while biking. But 1 feature need to add for biking, gradient function. Gradient is much important information while biking. Please add gradient function.

★★★★★ Easy to switch to mph by tapping the mph button below the LCD graphic (where the odometer would be on a real speedometer). I especially like the option for bicycle speeds, and the speed chart to check my history. Excellent app!

★★☆☆☆ This app will destroy your battery. Runs in the background. Unable to shut down unless force stopped in phone settings. Shame, the ui interface is pleasant and easy to use but without a battery.....

★★☆☆☆ Google Play Store recommended uninstalling this app because it "puts my device at risk". Don't know why, but until whatever malware code is embedded in the app and removed, there is no point in using it. Now I understand why the pro version was offered free.
