Can't draw a new landing point. I'm trying to draw a landing point for Skydive Mountain City Tenn, which is not listed, and the app isn't l letting me do it

Changed phones again and lost my service again. Every time I change phones it won't let me back into my account. Ever since skyhooks the cutaway data is only good for past weather reports which you can get other places for free. Good service for beginners on landing patterns but is a total waste of money and definitely not a lifetime service!
