The app worked well to let me into the ramp but when I attempted to leave the code was not recognized. I had to press lost ticket (and get charged the ramp maximum) to leave. I contacted support, and they are sending me a check, apparently they lack the technology to just credit my card, in 4–6 weeks. Bad experience.

Paid for parking got there 5 min early, and they booted Mt car 5 min early y'all and had to pay triple to have them remove I will them again rip off scam artist

"SCAM ALERT! Stay Away from SpotHero!" If I could give zero stars, I would! SpotHero is a complete fraud. I booked a parking spot through their app, paid in full, and thought I was all set. But when I arrived at the garage, they demanded ANOTHER payment to park! The attendant told me that SpotHero often sells spots without confirming with the actual garage—basically scamming customers into paying twice. I tried contacting their customer service, and guess what? ZERO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
