Ordered our cake from Sprinkle’s cakes and was super satisfied! We had a beautiful white four tiered cake with pearl and dot accents. Our flavors were butter pecan and red velvet with cream cheese. It tasted very delicious and was moist. We had our tasting prior with them, and it was a great experience as well. From start to finish working with sprinkle’s cakes was great!

Very Unprofessional Service, Order given 10 days back. They changed me extra for delivery as rural area for Goa. Delivery schedule time 9am to 3pm they called me 3.15 pm to say Flavor is not available as ordered, So they can Deliver next day. Or they can order the same day with their choice. I didn't like the service. Due to above review they cancelled my order. Kid did not receive cake for her Birthday. They haven't repaid my Money, but said it's been transferred. Worst app to order.

The delivery time was between 3.00-7.00 evening. As the person for whom the cake was ordered had a flight at 9.00. The order was not even processed till delivery time. When contacted them at 8.00 they are like completely unaware of the order and keep on saying it's on the way and stop responding to calls and WhatsApp. Horrible.

I had a terrible experience with this service. The cake I received was stale and far from fresh. Additionally, the flowers were artificial, with neem leaves and ordinary grass used instead of real flowers, despite being charged for fresh ones. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.
