Unable to log in with my credential nor reset password to the provided channels.

I constantly get the error "Check that your site uses Moodle 2.4 or later" ... I have never been able to log in since towards end of 2017. I don't know if the issue is a Samsung issue (am on a Galaxy S6) or if it's everyone. But the app was working pretty well in early 2017.
