This is the worst app I have ever seen. It doesn't work without permission to take all my contacts and media storage info. I don't want my information sold, and I don't need my device contacts to be included in or combined with my VRS contacts. I also requested a password reset but got an email with nonsense. Are they in kindergarten? Even little kids know more English than whoever wrote that email.

Always crashing. Awful app! Awful service! No fixes. Nobody cares. Awful monopoly in Canada makes deaf people suffer. Come on improve yourself! Bring up the standards for the deaf.

I don't understand this!!!! I did put my email and password, and it's saying it can't enter account sign up. I searched this app, but there is no help info. I don't know what to do with this app. I quit this. Who created this app should know better.
