This app is great, but the only thing is that if you have Connected card you can't see what type of card it is. So you have to view it on the website. But other than that I love this app. If they can add to where after you paid your fare for your 2 hrs it shows when your 2hrs expires and when you will repay again.

Everything works great. No complaints. No problems. Love the Connect Card convenience so much - over the top! I hope everyone has it as easy as I do on this ap! I hope everyone's rides are smooth and safe. Some of the drivers have a very hard time. I wish their supervisors would tell them how well they are doing and handling the stress they have every day. I think being a para transit driver is very difficult, and at least once each year, they should be given some kind of award. Thank you!

Generally functional. Until it logs you out right before stepping on the bus and refusing to let you log back in, leaving your e connect card inaccessible and you stranded. Fix the problem.

First few months the app worked great, now it keeps telling me there is an internal server error when I try to reload my card. Has been for a month now, and it won't let me update the app either.
