Hi, I downloaded this app about a month or 2 ago but haven't used it in the past, I recently decided to add a virtual card on my banking and topped it up. I created the virtual card for the sole purpose of adding its details to my Standard Bank Master pass app for use. However, whenever I use the scan to pay option in stores like Checkers or Shop rite, the process seems so long, I'll scan the code, receive the OTP then it will ask for my card CVV and after that it will still decline, why is that?

Every time I open the app I am asked to enter my cell phone number to authorize my device. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data. Nothing works. Edit as of 31/05/2023: I cleared cache and data (again) and the app is still asking me to authorize my device every time I open it.
