On the latest update, sometimes gets stuck on connecting, and you have to force stop the app. Works really well on some internet providers, however, doesn't work with some other internet providers like IR-MCI

It sometimes worked and sometimes did not. However, Star VPN does not have a support service at all. I emailed Star VPN the first day when I purchased the premium subscription for invoice. No response. I sent request via the website or emailed the support for other issues. No response ever. Refunding? Never. They just use the Harvesting approach: they have an app, and then just get cash inflow as long as somebody purchases it. But no support at all. So never expect the promised 30-day refund.
