★★★★★ Works great for pre-ordering and finding the closest store-easy to customize my drinks

★★★★★ The staff is friendly. They always get my order correct and it's always delicious!

★★☆☆☆ Haven't been able to order coffee ahead for two months because the store locations never load/show up. Always get an error message.

★★☆☆☆ This app is broken and Starbucks is trash. I had a notification for a free coffee. I guess I had a $2.50 gift card from tmobile saved in there too. The app wouldn't let me split payments with the gift card and my cc, so I had to enter a different payment option. The free coffee coupon never showed up for me either during checkout. I verified I was selecting the correct coffee (tall/pikes) and no coupon. Payed full price for a coffee I didn't even really want. The android app is BROKEN.

★★☆☆☆ The app works fine. There is no option to tip other than .50, 1.00. For instance, if I want to use the rest of my gift card towards a tip, I can't unless it's exactly. 50. Annoying. Unfortunate for employees. Your rewards are inferior compared to caribou. In fact, they are pathetic. Offering free drink to new customers. I get it. What about loyal customers? The Maple Grove location (wedgewood) has friendly, kind staff. The place is filthy, though. I've seen ants more often than not.
