★★★★★ Starship is great. They had a few issues in the beginning, but they have worked out the bugs and listened to the feedback and responded well. Looking forward to saving tax-free in 2020.

★★★★★ My one friend recommended me to Starship HSA. I can totally see why he was so adamant about me choosing Starship over come other options out there. Starship’s onboarding was quick and seamless. I signed up in less than 5 minutes right in the app. The app is super user-friendly and clearly designed very well. Starship offers the highest APY I have seen. Not sure how they do this without having any fees or minimums. Thanks Starship!

★★☆☆☆ Don't do any business with these people. I have been keeping 100 in my account and everything works fine. The moment you put 500+ you will not be able to use your card for anything, and they wipe your details clean off their system. Every transaction I try to make after I put 500 was declined by their fraud team. When I called their fraud department they said my card no longer exists and my personal information I used to open the account don't exist and no options to issue another card. Theifs!

★★☆☆☆ Now that the system has been updated, I am not able to link bank. I can't even view my savings. I am beginning to regret using this health savings account.

★★☆☆☆ Ok So I left Starship due to a new job, but want to highlight a couple of things about the service I learned and are not ok. 1. You can't individually chose what you invest in, just get different levels of investment aggressiveness to chose from which can make you have less control over your actual gains. 2. The more money you have the harder it is to liquidate and move elsewhere, There is a max of $5000 liquidation from investing per day. So the more money you have the longer you have to continuously spend liquidating daily to get your money out. For example if you have $100,000 in investing you have to spend the next 20 days going to starship every day and liquidating $5000 at a time. Imagine if the market was crashing, you can only save 5000 at a time while you watch every other one of your dollars die. It should be as easy for you to leave as it was for you to join. No one wants to be trapped.
