The product range is well spread for investing via CPF/SRS/Cash and serve risk appetite from conservative to aggressive. More importantly the returns are competitive with costs kept low and ultimately to meet investors needs. I only asked that Stash Away improve in their turnaround for example it should only take a few minutes to open an account with Sing pass API.

The app is good. But please improve the deposit and withdrawal speed. It is slow.

It's been 4 days since I have given a full redemption and they don't even respond to WhatsApp messages on time There was no weekend or holidays but agreed that it was resolved Once either your customer support or withdrawal days improve, I cannot increase the rating. Even the reply to this comment took a lot of days, you need adequate staff.

Insane amount of funds verification process required, EVEN after earlier proving my source of funds that that exceeds my deposits. What's the point of an auto-deposit plan that Stash away advocates so much for, if I have to undertake an additional process and lose interest while it's frozen?

I don't understand why anyone would use this rather than an ETF with way lower fees than here. I did an experiment for last 5 years. 1 portfolio on global etf and on here. The etf net 86% whereas here net 3%. For 5 whole years!!!

Withdrawn of money and processing took longer than my grandmother can walk. It's already 2024, so many better platforms out there. Stash away have to improve themselves if not will be outdated

Seriously need to improve their algorithm/ investment strategy. Have been using Stash away for almost 5 years, aside from 1st year, portfolios have been incurring loses till now, decided to cut loss from higher risk profile and moved on to try guaranteed portfolio & low risk income investing portfolio. Even the income investing is turning -1.4% after just 3 months, not taking into account the mgmt fees charged. It's like paying to get your capital reduced, might as well have left it in the bank.
