Haven't sent any parcel yet but received parcel many times. Allover the experience was good. There are some fields still need to be improved. Like online payment system for cod, parcel received assurance from user. There are some issue with app design for example padding issue with add parcel tab. B A bottom pading is needed, dark theme design should be improved a bit.

Very Poor service. I didn't face such a problem with any leading courier services/Agents in Bangladesh. They Didn't pick up my parcel for 3 days whether I have had to place booking every day. Their several Pick up personnel weren't come finally on thoose days though they have said that they are coming to pick up the parcel in every phone conversation. What a poor service!!!!! I didn't recommend to anyone to take their services & avoid it completely. I Don't even want to give them a single star.
