★★☆☆☆ Useless. Unable to login. Bauer customer support a joke, ended up cancelling my digital subscription.

★★☆☆☆ 4 months into my 1-year digital subscription, in Dec-17, the app wanted me to pay for Editions for which I have paid. Phone calls and e-mails over the past 3 months have been in vain. It seems Bauer media do not know how to reinstate my subscription. They take many days to respond, and their responses do not work. 'Try deleting and reinstalling the app' for example. I wrote to the deputy editor at SR - he merely passed me on to Bauer media. In total disgust I have asked for a refund for 9/13ths of my subscription. They ignore me. Avoid this app, avoid Bauer media, they are appalling. It is now April and I really must re-visit my February review. Out the blue, and 3 months after the start of my grief, I was contacted by the Head of Digital Services at Bauer Media who resolved my problem within an hour. An internal issue was the cause, now rectified, and I am delighted to tell all that my Subscription is reinstated. I am delighted to have my back-issues. Thank you, Jim. I really can recommend Steam Railway magazine and hope that this addendum to my Post, makes things right.
