Yesterday I tried to call many Times at Chandkheda lab for RTPCR TEST but no one can answering. . Then I tried to book my test through App but not receive OTP. VERY BAD AND WASTE OF TIME SERVICE....

App crashes as I try to download receipt and report. This is not resolved for a long time. App keeps on recommending for update even though there is no update. Booking experience is good. Service is also good.

Complete Negligence. I would rather say they are fraud. I booked a test for next day 2PM. At 10 Pm they confirmed that next day someone would reach at sharp 2PM. Even at 2PM no one came or did not even call. Their app was not working. I called customer helpline, and they said that sorry our lab closed at 12PM. I did not receive any message any communication about it. Do not trust them.
