Can take ages for a taxi... a bit shocking how you're stockton cars yet in the map 95% of your drivers are in Middlesbrough. You have a boro cars app for those drivers why have stockton cars and the majority of them aren't in stockton 🤣🤣🤣🤡

When I search for my drop-off point there is nothing there. So how am I supposed to order a taxi? Do I call up and pay by card in the car? Help me

Booked a taxi as my partner was in labor paid for it on the app money went out of the bank we confirmed the address with the driver before getting in. Half way there she got a message saying car cancelled, and the driver said it's a cash fare... Double-checked the bank and the money had gone out. Told the driver this he said its cash fare il take you to the bank... My partner was in agony at this point I said il ring the office he said no and took me to a cash point. Horrible company
