Fantastic programming. I'm an S&C coach myself, working with elite athletes for over 10 years, but I can become bogged down in it and lose motivation to push myself. I have had some experience with different training programs and apps over the years and can say so far Stoic Conditioning is right up there for me. The training itself is relevant for work and too many falls behind in this regard. Lastly, the support team is as optimal as it gets. We had a minor issue & I had comms with Stoic almost immediately which is pretty rare. Not just that but the team was able to resolve the issue rather quickly & painlessly.
