Terrible customer service. Zero transparency. The app experiences errors at the worst times. When I opted to pull all my funds from earnings call investments, only half of my funds became available for withdrawal after a few days. It's been more than a business week, and customer service just been repeating the same line to me every time I ask when my funds will be freed. Update: They have now changed their story and are demanding bank statements before returning my funds. I've been verified!

Con artists. They tell you it's billed monthly but infact is billed annually. Luckily I dodged a bullet, whew! Edit - Yes, I picked the option, which stated billed monthly, and you still tried to charge annually. There was only one option when I signed up in terms of billing intervals, and the rest of the options were for subscription tier. Nonetheless, it is very misleading. It should say billed yearly under the yearly subscription, yet it says monthly.

I like that purchases go through basically immediately while the market is open, which helps ensure that stocks are bought at the best price. They recently increased the monthly fee to $12.50/month or $120 annually, which is way overpriced when you're not investing a ton to get that amount at least back in a month/year. Also, their customer service is not very responsive. I will be deleting my account and going with a different investment app.

Very disappointing customer service. I lost access to my Google account and ended up subscribed to this service somehow. I contacted them to let them know I hadn't signed up for this, but they wouldn't cancel the subscription and just told me to go through the process to cancel through the app - which I don't have and can't access. I tried to respond to that but never got a reply, only got a new billing notice today!
