★★★★★ This is an excellent, intuitive app that takes programming out of your hands, so you can focus on getting stronger by the day! Great charts and tracking to monitor your progress, too. It includes 3, 4, 5 days programs for in the gym or body weight only. You can swap exercises to accommodate limited equipment, preferences, or working around an injury. There are exercise videos with tutorials for those new to lifting, plus a great online community on social media to support your fitness journey!

★★★★★ Updated: They fixed this issue! The program is great, but I've been having a ton of issues with it loading my workouts since 11/28. I finished my workout, and it wouldn't let me save it. Now I keep getting a "slow internet connection" popup, even when my Internet is at its fastest.

★★☆☆☆ I really wanted to join this program, but the app does not work, I sign in and the app errors out. Also, I can't use the website either, does not work

★★☆☆☆ Exercise program itself is great, app sucks. Won't let me select options or go to next page etc.
